Cycling in Circles - Learn Effective Cycling

Most beginners to the sport of cycling is assumed that simply press down hard on the pedals, to be effective, but they are misinformed. What results is what I have to duck as swing call, press down and down, move on. In fact, they have perfected only about one quarter of the race.
